Job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to our tech team for a personalized experience.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and AI advancements to effectively communicate with clients.

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical details into client-friendly language.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Passion for AI technology and its applications in the investment industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
